SHAH ALAM: A personal assistant to a "Datuk" was charged yesterday with stealing a cell phone from an Indonesian. Razali Saiman, 21, of Subang Jaya, claimed trial at the magistrate's court to stealing factory operator Widodo's Nokia N73 worth RM800.
